START-CONTROLPANNEL-APPEREANCE AND PERSONALIZATION

GO TO FOLDER OPTIONS

CLICK SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS

CHANGE SELECTION TO SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS

ALSO UNMARK HIDE PROTECTIVE OPERATING SYSTEM FILES

APPLY OK.

GO TO THE LOCATION   C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT

Each folder contains a sub folder named “Themes”

Open that folder and double click the file

Theme installs and displayed. Repeat this to the remaining one’s

After this Mark the option “HIDE PROTECTIVE OPERATING SYSTEM FILES” AND CHANGE THE OPTION TO “DON’T SHOW HIDDEN FILES” APPLY OK.
