Some times Windows starts very slowly because the Startup section has more Programs to Start during Upping Windows. In this time Remove the Unwanted Start ups to Clear this Problem.
STARTUP:The section where Time Displays.
Start-Run-msconfig
Go to Startup tab
Remove the Unwanted Startups and click OK
Restart System
A message appears “ Startup changed”
Click Don’t Show this Message again and click OK
